(A) Alleys shall be used only for the purpose of ingress and egress to and from lots abutting on such alley, and the purpose of servicing such abutting lots. No person shall use any alley as a thoroughfare to go from one street to another.
(B) At the intersection of one alley with another alley, all vehicles shall stop and the right of way shall be yielded to the vehicle approaching from the right.
