The following construction and material specifications incorporated by reference from the Annual Book of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) currently in effect and as amended from time to time are hereby adopted and are to be used in the construction of all storm and sanitary sewers within the city:
(A) Designation C 12-02 Standard Practice for Installing Vitrified Clay Pipe;
(B) Designation C 301-98 Standard Test Methods for Vitrified Clay Pipe;
(C) Designation C 425-02 Standard Specifications for Compression Joints for Vitrified Clay Pipe and Fittings;
(D) Designation C 700-02 Standard Specifications for Vitrified Clay Pipe, Extra Strength, Standard Strength, and Perforated; and
(E) Bedding Recommendations for ASTM C-700 Extra Strength Pipe, together with Bedding Classes.
