§ 53.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   The sanitary and storm sewer requirements attached as Exhibit “A” to Ordinance No. 16-2004, passed June 8, 2004 and incorporated herein as if fully set forth are hereby adopted and are to be used in the construction of all storm and sanitary sewers within the city.
