§ 50.16 COLLECTION OF SECURITY DEPOSITS.
   The Director of Public Service is authorized and directed to establish rules and regulations as to when a security deposit will be required before water service is placed in the name of any customer, the amount of the security deposit, and the terms and conditions for refund of the security deposit. In addition, the Director of Public Services shall have the authority to review and amend said security deposit rules and regulations from time to time as future circumstances may require. The rules and regulations, and subsequent amendments, shall be in writing and a copy shall be kept in the water clerk's office available for public inspection.
