§ 50.12 WATER INFRASTRUCTURE FUND.
   A new Enterprise Fund is hereby created entitled Water Infrastructure Fund, E5. The purpose of said fund is to account for revenue from water tap fees and to provide a means for purchasing necessary equipment, meters and repairing infrastructure.
