(A) A new special revenue fund be and hereby is created as F.E.M.A. Fund, B13 for the purpose of accounting F.E.M.A. grant funds distributed to the city.
(B) A new line item within the F.E.M.A. Fund be and hereby is created and entitled Transfer to General Fund, Line Item B13-1A01.
(C) That the sum of $15,054 be and the same is hereby appropriated from unappropriated money in the F.E.M.A. Fund to the newly created line item, Transfer to General Fund, Line Item B13-1A01.
(D) That the City Auditor is hereby authorized to draw warrants on the City Treasurer for payment from the foregoing appropriation upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve the same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to make the expenditure.
