(A) A new fund is hereby established as ODNR Recycling Program, B7.
(B) A new line item in the ODNR Recycling Program Fund be and hereby is established as line item Recycling Program Exp., Line B7-1A1.
(C) The sum of $2,000 be and the same is hereby appropriated from unappropriated money to the new line item Recycling Program Exp.
(D) The City Auditor is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasurer for payment from the foregoing appropriation upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve the same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to make the expenditure.
