§ 36.03 RECREATION TRUST FUND ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   A special fund known as the recreation trust fund is established pursuant to R.C. § 5705.09 (H).
   (B)   The monies paid to the city and credited to the trust fund shall be used for the development of a community park in the manner and for the purposes provided by Council and the terms of any grants of such monies.
