§ 35.04 CITY NOT TO BE DEPRIVED OF FIRE PROTECTION.

At no time, notwithstanding any of the provisions of this chapter, or any contract made hereunder, shall the city be completely deprived of fire protection by sending off fire apparatus and firemen beyond the corporate limits. Any fire within the corporate limits of the city shall have preference over a fire outside of the city to the extent deemed necessary by the fire chief.
