§ 35.02 APPLICATION FOR SERVICE.
   (A)   Any person, groups of persons, township trustees, firm, or corporation, owning or having an interest in real estate outside of the corporate limits of the city, desiring fire protection services from the city, shall make an application therefor in writing to the fire chief.
   (B)   The application shall be accompanied by a plat, if required, showing the location of the property and the location of all buildings thereon.
   (C)   Upon receipt of the application for service, the director of public service and safety, with the advice of the fire chief, shall determine whether it is feasible for the fire department to render city fire protection to the property of the applicant.
