(A) The reserve police force shall consist of 27 positions. All 27 of these positions will be classified as reserve patrolmen for the Logan city police department. The table of organization for the reserve police force shall be as follows:
(1) Reserve supervisor (This position shall be filled by a full-time officer with a minimum rank of lieutenant);
(2) Reserve director, to be appointed by the chief of police from within the ranks of the reserve police force;
(3) Secretary/treasurer, to be appointed by the chief of police from within the reserve police force;
(4) Property clerk, to be appointed by the chief of police from within the reserve police force.
(B) The property clerk will work under the direct supervision of the department property clerk. The positions outlined within this section should not be considered organizational management positions.
