The fire division of the city shall be composed of the following officers and other members, who shall receive compensation and shall give bond as provided by council:
(A) A chief of the fire division;
(B) Three lieutenants;
(C) Six firefighters.
(D) Part-time firefighter. The number of part-time firefighters shall be determined by the Director of Safety in order to meet staffing requirements of the fire division.
