(A) There are hereby established the fees charged by the Logan City Police Department for the following specified services:
(1) For the service and return of the following writs and orders:
(a) Warrant to arrest, for each person named in the writ: $10.00
(b) Attachment for contempt, for each person named in the writ: 6.00
(c) Subpoena, for each person named in the writ: 6.00
(d) All summons, writs, orders, or notices, for the first name: 6.00
Each additional name: 1.00
(2) In addition to the fee for service and return, the Police Department may charge, for each summons, writ, order or notice, a fee of $.50 per mile for the first mile and $.20 per mile for each additional mile, going and returning, actual mileage to be charged on each additional name.
