§ 33.01 COMPOSITION OF DIVISION.
   (A)   The Police Division shall consist of a Chief of Police, a Captain of Police, a temporary second Captain of Police until officers Aaron Miller or David Baker vacate the position, three lieutenants of police, ten patrolmen (eleven if temporary second Captain of Police position is vacated), five full-time clerk/radio operator dispatchers, one part-time clerk, two part-time dispatchers, however any of the officers or patrolmen may serve as an investigator if the Director of Public Service and Safety would determine such to be necessary, and such other officers and personnel as may be authorized by Council.

   (B)   The chief of police, officers, patrolmen, clerk-radio operators, and other employees of the police division shall receive compensation as authorized by council.
