§ 30.30 STANDING COMMITTEES.
   The standing committees of council shall be:
   (A)   Finance
   (B)   Safety
   (C)   Water, sewage, and public utility
   (D)   Streets, sidewalks, and alleys
   (E)   Public buildings and cemetery
   (F)   Parks and recreation
   (G)   Health and poor relief
   (H)   Publicity and annexation.
