§ 30.22 RULE 20 - MAJORITY, 2/3, AND 3/4 DEFINED.
   Whenever the term MAJORITY, is used herein, unless otherwise expressly indicated, it shall be held to mean a majority of those elected to Council; likewise, whenever a 2/3 or 3/4 vote is indicated, it shall mean 2/3 or 3/4 of the members elected to Council. Thus, in a council of 7 members, a majority shall be 4, and 3/4 shall be 6, and 2/3 shall be 5.
