3-1-2: INVESTMENT OF FUNDS:

The Town Clerk-Treasurer or any other person authorized to invest public monies shall invest the same in those investments authorized by the Town Board of Trustees or authorized by State law in a manner authorized by either or both such Board of Trustees and statutes. (2014 Code § 7-101)
