A. Depositories Designated: All banks and financial institutions as are designated by the Town Board of Trustees shall be designated as depositories for the funds of the Town. (2014 Code § 7-102)
B. Clerk-Treasurer Duties: The Town Clerk-Treasurer or his/her designated representative shall deposit daily all public funds received thereby in these banks. Funds may be transferred from one depository to another upon direction of the Clerk- Treasurer. (2014 Code § 7-102; amd. 2018 Code)
C. Securing Deposits: The deposits of the Town shall be secured as provided in the Security for Local Public Deposits Act. (2014 Code § 7-103; amd. 2018 Code)
