2-1-3: POWERS AND DUTIES:
In general, the Town Planning Commission shall have such powers and duties prescribed therefor to promote Municipal planning, and to carry out the purposes of Municipal planning as allowed by State law and all other powers and duties now or hereafter prescribed therefor by any other provisions of ordinance or law empowering the commission to act. (2014 Code § 12-103; amd. 2018 Code)
