A. Continuance Of Structure Or Use: Any building, structure or use lawfully existing at the effective date hereof may be continued, even though such building, structure or use does not conform with the provisions of this chapter.
B. Damage To Structures: If any nonconforming building, structure, use or mobile home is damaged by fire or natural disaster, such nonconforming use or structure shall not be reerected or reestablished without the expressed consent of the Board of Trustees who will consider and approve such request only if the applicant can identify a hardship that was not self-imposed.
