11-1-5: RESIDENTIAL USES ONLY; EXCEPTIONS:
It is unlawful to use any land or to locate, erect, or construct any building or structure intended or designed to be used for commercial, industrial, or any other types of land uses or purposes other than residential purposes, or to change the use of any building or land for any other than residential purposes as hereinbefore defined. However, a zoning clearance permit signifying the express authorization of the Board of Trustees may permit such commercial, industrial, or other types of land uses to be located, expanded, or moved anywhere within the corporate limits of the Town.
