During the months of June, July, August, and September of any year, no building or structure having an area of more than five hundred (500) square feet, unless approved by the Town Board of Trustees, shall be moved on, over, along, or across any street or highway paved with asphalt or oil. All buildings shall be moved on pneumatic tires only. This regulation shall not apply to mobile homes. (2018 Code)
