A. Height: No building or structure of a height more than thirty feet (30') shall be moved on, over, along, or across any street or highway, unless such building or structure shall be cut to such height before the operation of moving the same is begun.
B. Area: It is unlawful to move on, over, or across any street or highway any building or structure having an area of one thousand (1,000) square feet or more, unless the Town Board of Trustees shall, by a majority vote, approve the application for a permit therefor. (2018 Code)
