10-3-4: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

A violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (2014 Code § 5-205)
