A. Permit Requirements:
1. Permit Required: No plumbing work shall be undertaken without a permit from the Code Enforcement Officer.
2. Application For Permit: A person desiring a plumbing permit shall submit an application to the Code Enforcement Officer. The applicant shall submit with the application such reasonable information as the Code Enforcement Officer may require to enable the applicant to determine whether granting the permit would be in accordance with the requirements of the ordinances of the Town.
3. Permit Fees: The schedule of permit fees may be set forth by resolution or motion of the Town Board of Trustees. Such payment will be made upon application.
B. Inspections: Inspection of such work must conform to the guidelines set forth in this Code. (2014 Code § 5-204; amd. 2018 Code)
