A. Adoption Of Code: A certain document, at least one copy of which is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer, being marked and designated as the International Plumbing Code, the latest version thereof, and any revisions or amendments thereto, as published by the International Code Council (ICC) with modifications by the Oklahoma Unified Building Code Commission (OUBCC), is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the Town for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Plumbing Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this subsection, with additions, insertions and changes, if any, prescribed in subsection B of this section. B. Amendments To Code: The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
Insert: Applicable fees are as set by the Town by motion or resolution.
Insert: Offenses are punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of the Town Code.
