The water and wastewater rate schedule as set by the authority is hereby adopted and put into full force and effect, and the Locust Grove Public Works Authority is hereby authorized to make proper provisions to implement the schedule as shown for all customers of the Locust Grove Public Works Authority, or changes thereto. A copy of the rate schedule is available at the Public Works Authority Clerk's Office or Town Clerk- Treasurer's Office. (2014 Code § 17-103; amd. 2018 Code)
