Rules and regulations adopted by the Public Works Authority are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, applicable as if set out in full herein. Any violation of the rules and regulations of the authority shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. A copy of the rules, regulations and policies are available at the Public Works Authority Clerk's Office or Town Clerk-Treasurer's Office. (2014 Code § 17-102; amd. 2018 Code)
