The Town hereby consents and agrees to the lease of the Town's water, sanitary sewerage and gas systems and facilities and all future additions thereto to the Public Works Authority as authorized by statute, to be effective at the time and upon the terms and conditions specified in a certain "lease" prepared under the direction of the Town Board of Trustees and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer on March 24, 1974 (passage date for ordinance 74-01). The Mayor of the Town hereby is authorized and directed, on behalf of the Town, to execute and deliver the lease of the Public Works Authority. (2014 Code § 17-101; amd. 2018 Code)
