A. The Board of Trustees may annually appropriate to the Library Board from funds available to the Town such monies as are deemed necessary and available to operate and maintain the public library for the education and cultural enrichment of the citizens of the Town.
B. All monies received by the board on account of the operation of the library shall be paid to the Town Clerk- Treasurer, who shall deposit the same in the Municipal Treasury in a special and separate account designated the Library Fund. Such monies shall be paid out only upon warrants authorized by the Library Board of Directors. (2014 Code § 11-208)
