8-3-6: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by any person, firm or corporation shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Punishment shall be as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (2014 Code § 10-113)
