8-2-4: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:
   A.   Violations:
      1.   Any sign that is placed on the rights-of-way in violation of this chapter is unlawful. Each sign shall constitute a separate violation.
      2.   Any yard sale or garage sale held in violation of this chapter shall be unlawful.
   B.   Penalties: Any person found guilty of a violation of any portion of this chapter may be assessed a fine of up to twenty dollars ($20.00) per violation, and court costs. (2018 Code)
