7-3-18: DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:
Regarding driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages or controlled dangerous substances, or combination thereof, in the Town, the provisions of 47 Oklahoma Statutes section 11-902, as amended, shall apply. (2018 Code)
