7-2-12: EXEMPTIONS:
This chapter shall not apply to any of the following persons when acting within the scope and duty of their employment:
   A.   Any officer, agent, independent contractor, employee, servant or trustee of any governmental agency; or
   B.   Any officer, agent, independent contractor, employee, servant or trustee of any contractor, public utility or railroad company. (2014 Code § 15-610)
