6-5-8: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by any person, firm or corporation, shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Punishment shall be as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code unless otherwise specifically shown. (2014 Code § 10-113; amd. 2018 Code)
