Sec. 4.2. Regulation of Elections.

All municipal elections shall be conducted by the Stanly County Board of Elections in accordance with the general laws of North Carolina relating to municipal elections, except as otherwise herein provided. The municipal elections shall be non-partisan and decided by a simple plurality. No primary election shall be held.
