For purposes of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SEWER CONNECTION.
(1) For a single-family residential dwelling, the installing of one four-inch minimum sewer service lateral and one sewer disconnect body (Spears part# SDC-040), together with an adequate water supply under pressure for operation of the same;
(2) For an apartment building or other multi-family housing unit, the installing of one six-inch minimum sewer service lateral, together with an adequate water supply under pressure for operation of the same;
(3) For commercial establishments, the installing of one six-inch minimum sewer service lateral, or such size service lateral as may be required by the state and city Building Code, whichever is greater, together with an adequate water supply under pressure for operation of the same.
