§ 30.043 CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO INVESTIGATE.
   If the City Finance Officer has reason to believe that a person is conducting a business in the city in violation of this subchapter, the City Finance Officer shall conduct an investigation to determine the person’s tax liability.
