§ 153.38 STREET LIGHTING.
   (A)   Street lights shall be installed on all streets, with their initial installation being the responsibility of the developer.
   (B)   Pedestrian-scale lights should be placed at intersections, mid-block, and at the end of the street.
      (1)   PEDESTRIAN-SCALE LIGHTING refers to lighting with mounting height of less than 18 feet.
      (2)   In addition, poles should not exceed 300 feet apart.
   (C)   Street lights must be provided through the utility provider in the area.
   (D)   Once the city has accepted the streets, the responsibility for the street lights shall be transferred to the city.
