(A) Once the required information has been submitted and an approved final inspection has been issued by the city, the City Council shall then consider the acceptance of the subject street(s).
(B) The City Council shall not adopt any resolution accepting a new street unless it:
(1) Receives a report from the City Administrator that all conditions of street acceptance are met; and
(2) Determines that the street corresponds in its location and aligns with a street shown on a preliminary subdivision plat formally approved by the City Planning and Zoning Board, or that the street was established as a public street prior to the adoption of this policy and therefore not subject to this policy.
(C) The street acceptance policy includes streets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and all items located within the right-of-way.
