§ 151.01 ADOPTION.
   The revised Stanly County Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance is hereby adopted and incorporated into this code as if set out in full. The City Council authorizes the Stanly County Board of Commissioners to enforce the provisions of the ordinance within the limits of the city.
