§ 92.02 CABARRUS COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL REGULATIONS ADOPTED.
   The city adopts by reference, as if fully set forth in this code, the Cabarrus County Animal Control Regulations and amendments thereto, which shall apply to city parcels located in Cabarrus County.
