§ 155.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Fine. Any person, firm, company or corporation, whether acting as principal, agent, employee or otherwise, violating any provision of this chapter, or any provision under which a sign permit has been granted hereunder, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than the maximum amount set forth in § 10.99. Such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day during any portion of which any violation of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted by such person, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as herein provided.
   (B)   Legal procedure. Any sign hereafter set up, constructed, built, moved or maintained contrary to the provisions of this chapter, shall be declared to be unlawful, and the City Attorney shall, upon order of the City Council, immediately commence actions for the abatement, removal and enjoinment thereof and in the manner provided by law, and shall take such steps and shall apply to such court as may have jurisdiction, to grant such relief as will abate or remove such sign and enjoin and restrain any person from setting up, constructing, building, moving or maintaining the sign contrary to the provisions of this chapter.
