§ 151.31 INSPECTIONS.

   (A)   If a rental property is not in compliance with the registration requirements of this chapter, the property shall be subject to inspections by the city in conformance with the inspection procedure as prescribed in § 151.36 and § 151.37, and any other applicable code(s) and law(s).

   (B)   In addition to the above, the property is required to be secured in accordance with the applicable code(s) of the city.

   (C)   The owner of record shall be liable for the cost of the inspection or subsequent re-inspections, and shall be subject to any of the enforcement means available to the city. The city may take the necessary action to ensure compliance with this section and recover costs and expenses in support thereof.
