(A) Inspections shall be made limited to interior-health and life-threatening violations, which are listed on the inspection form for rental properties and available on the city’s website, as the Director of Community and Economic Development deems appropriate.
(B) It shall be the responsibility of the owner, agent or person in charge of the rental property to ensure that there is sufficient access to the areas to permit the rental inspection to be conducted. Failure or refusal to do so shall constitute a violation of this chapter. Any area, part, portion or system of any rental property not inspected, due to the failure or refusal to allow access to the property, shall likewise constitute a violation of this chapter.
