Donation drop-off facilities should be located to provide for accessibility to users and where they can be monitored for security and safety purposes. These facilities should be placed so as to not create a visual or operational nuisance on the subject site or surrounding properties. The Planning Staff shall review the location of the facility to minimize the visual and aesthetic impact on the subject site and surrounding uses and viewpoints.
