A violation of this chapter will result in a warning letter being sent to the contact person on the application. A second offense shall result in a fine which shall not be less than $50 nor more than $750 for each violation of this chapter. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs. Repeated offenses or non-compliance shall result in an administrative hearing before the City Administrator for termination and or suspension of the license. If a license is terminated by the City Administrator all the drop-off facilities must be removed within 15 days of the termination and the license holder cannot reapply for a license for two years thereafter.
