§ 117.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No donation drop-off facility shall be located within the city unless it is licensed by the city. The license shall be submitted to and reviewed by the Planning Department to the standards set forth herein. The license shall not include any fees. The license shall be valid for one year. A new license shall be applied for each year.
   (B)   The license application shall contain the following information:
      (1)   The non-profit organization/institution name, contact, address and phone number.
      (2)   General site layout of the subject property showing the location and size of the donation drop-off facility.
      (3)   List of items that will be collected at the facility.
      (4)   Attendant hours of operation (if applicable).
      (5)   Length of time the facility will be installed.
      (6)   Proposed pick up schedule.
      (7)   Name of the owner or tenant of property where the drop-off facility is to be located and the owner or tenants approval to place the drop-off facility at that location.
