The Mayor shall have the power to revoke any license issued in pursuance of this chapter for failure to comply with or the violation by the licensee or its agents, lessees, or employees of any of the provisions of this chapter, or any lawful ordinances of this city, applicable to the business for which any license here-under may be issued and shall so state upon its face. Any license issued hereunder shall not be transfer-able.
