§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any provision of §§ 110.40 through 110.49A shall be fined not less than $250 and no more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
